ASC is looking for a Field Service Appliance Repair Technician to join the team. The right candidate will have a knack for juggling multiple tasks at a time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose, service, and repair various consumer appliances in-home. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality service and results. Seal System repair experience R134 and R600 Maintain electronic service records and parts inventory. Follow all manufacturer repair guidelines. Manage assigned truck stock inventory and the maintenance schedule of an assigned service van. Must be able to accept remote dispatching through an electronic device. Meet productivity and efficiency goals as established. Comply with policies and programs set by ASC. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle with unwavering attention to safety. A minimum of 2 years of appliance repair experience or related expertise. A demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of electricity, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. Must be self-directed and be able to work reasonable overtime. EPA Certificate not required, but preferred Diligent use of proper safety procedures and constant awareness of personal safety and the safety of others. Ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs.
