job summary:We are looking for a motivated and passionate IT Support Technician. This person will take inbound calls, create tickets, and troubleshoot on the backend for our customers. Great Customer Service skills are very imporant in this role. We are looking for a self motivated individual who wants to grow with a wonderful organization.

Challenges you will help us solve:

  • How can we improve the installation process each release to make it faster and with fewer errors?
  • What repetitive tasks can be compiled in an FAQ and published?
  • How do we create more triage systems to reduce the number of calls we receive? We are looking for someone who:

      • We are seeking someone to provide application support to other IT professionals.
      • We are seeking someone to identify technical issues and "own the problem until it's solved."
      • We are seeking someone with a love for technology. You geek out of the latest and greatest software, build your own machines or websites, and are the go to person for all of your family & friends tech questions
      • Experience working on a ticketing system. We use Jira. The ideal candidate possesses:
        • 1-2 years of experience working for a fast-paced Software or IT company providing application support to end users
        • Experience working with Windows, Microsoft, Office 365, Teams, C
        • Knowledge/exposure/experience with SQL

          • Providing remote, technical support to customers (20-30 calls a day)
          • Being able to assist customers with trouble on the backend, processing files, and datasets

            • Experience level: Entry Level
            • Minimum 2 years of experience
            • Education: Bachelors skills:
              • Networking (1 year of experience is preferred)
              • sql (1 year of experience is preferred)
              • Microsoft suite (1 year of experience is required)
              • Helpdesk
              • JIRA (1 year of experience is preferred)
              • Windows (1 year of experience is required)
