biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life, and (iii)

relationships with every student we meet so that all students on

Kingdom here on earth. We are looking to hire a staff associate to
train and work alongside a full-time College Director in order to
reach more students and train leaders to participate in the mission

to fun events all year, sports and outdoor activities even in the

the way of things to do. Founded in 1885, before Arizona became a
state, the 392-acre campus of the University of Arizona is situated
in the heart of Tucson. With over 350 days of sunshine every year,

city in Arizona after Phoenix, this college town has great outdoor
activities, culture and an iconic Southwest feel. The University is
ethnically diverse with over 150 countries represented in the
student body. The candidate would be joining a thriving metro
Tucson team and would be a part of Arizona/New Mexico Young Life
which has a rich and deep 65-year legacy. Our 90 staff people enjoy
a flourishing, welcoming community and are deeply committed to the
calling to serve Jesus and the mission of Young Life. The candidate
will be recruiting, training and developing a team of college-aged
leaders to help lead an outreach club on campus and grow a small
