This Might Be For You If---You have a passion for digital design and are interested in the e-commerce apparel realm---You're UX/UI minded---You are eager to learn and can leave your ego at the door---You able to multi-task in a fast-paced, startup environment---You're collaborative and comfortable working in a team, as well as independently The Job---Using standard templates, update and produce print and/or digital collateral---Design and/or optimize graphics and visuals for while ensuring they are in line with branding---Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team to identify creative requirements and project goals---Create dynamic content across our social media platforms including creation of post graphics, stories, gamification, journeys, etc.---Develop email and SMS marketing templates and graphics---Work closely with E-commerce Manager to design and develop digital ads for various campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.)---Ensure information is entered accurately and meets department standards---Maintain an eye for detail and produce quality work product---Ability to meet deadlines consistently
