Our main office is located in Chandler, AZ but we operate throughout the southwest and may need candidates throughout AZ, NM, TX, and beyond. 1) Purpose of Role Support safe, efficient project execution by performing physical tasks, site cleanup, and material handling. Assist skilled trades and maintain jobsite housekeeping and tool care. 2) Scope & Decision Rights Perform physical tasks on construction or other job sites, including loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, spotting, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Follow safety guidelines, operate hand tools, and perform manual labor such as digging and lifting to help ensure projects are completed efficiently. 3) Essential Duties and Standards Owns: Material handling and site housekeeping, Basic tool/equipment care, and Trenching/excavation support under direction. Supports: Skilled trades with staging, lifting, and cleanup. Recommends/Prepares: Site organization and traffic improvements. Escalates: Unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or conflicts. 4) Critical Competencies (must-demonstrate) Communication Teamwork Time Management Safety Awareness and PPE Use Problem Solving and Root Cause Thinking Time Management and Prioritization Use hand tools safely and effectively for trade tasks Perform housekeeping per standards and procedures Move, stage, and secure materials safely per procedures 5) Qualifications Entrylevel experience in trade tasks; reliable attendance; ability to follow safety rules and work procedures. Proficiency with trade tasks such as Spotting, Hand Tools, Housekeeping, and Material Handling. Demonstrated work practices including Communication, Teamwork, and Time Management. OSHA 10, First Aid; Flagger certification preferred. Valid drivers license. 6) Performance Measure Buckets Housekeeping and material staging quality Task throughput and response time Safety observations and compliance Attendance
