great reputations. What You’ll Do: Install, replace, retrofit, and
remodel residential HVAC systems Perform ductwork and duct
modifications, including sheet metal work Diagnose install-related
issues and ensure systems operate properly Communicate effectively
with project managers, apprentices, and homeowners Work in attics,
crawlspaces, and tight spaces when required Safely lift up to 75
lbs and follow all safety standards Complete installations with
precision and pride Collect payments when required Participate in a
rotating weekend schedule Handle additional install-related duties
as assigned What We’re Looking For: 5 years HVAC installation
experience EPA Universal Certification (required) NATE
certification a plus OSHA 10 preferred Valid driver’s license with
a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to
quality Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating
