Maintenance Technician Job Description The Facilities Maintenance
Technician will be responsible for addressing various building
repairs within commercial office spaces. This role involves tasks
such as replacing faucets, changing light fixtures, performing
drywall and patching work, and other building and equipment
repairs. Additionally, this position requires creating and
maintaining records of repairs and interacting with customers to
gather information on equipment repair needs. Responsibilities
Replace faucets and light fixtures. Perform drywall and patching
work. Conduct various building and equipment repairs. Create and
maintain records of repairs. Handle customer interactions to gather
information on equipment repairs. Essential Skills Facilities
maintenance experience. Proficiency as a Maintenance Technician.
HVAC experience is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The role operates on a standard shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,
Monday through Friday, within commercial-style buildings where you
will handle basic facility and maintenance responsibilities. Job

range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility
