If so, we want to meet you! We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team and drive success in innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Plan, direct, and coordinate a team of project managers, engineering leads, and engineers to effectively manage complex electrical construction and lighting and energy management projects. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive organizational growth and expand market reach. Project Oversight: Provide direction and support to the project team on execution and delivery, ensuring projects remain within budget and timeline constraints. Risk Management: Oversee project risk management, ensuring strict compliance with contract scope, project schedules, and conditions, while accurately reporting and mitigating potential issues. Financial Management: Manage project finances, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and billing, to maintain financial health and profitability. Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of approximately 2-5 Project Engineers and/or Field Engineers, providing regular assessments of the industry labor market. Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Electrical Construction Project Management, Engineering Project Lead, or a related position in the electrical construction industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in specialized programs and software, including: Accubid Pro 14 Procore Change Order Pro 14 Xalt CRM Spectrum MS Office Suite Revit & SolidWorks Navisworks & Microsoft HoloLens Haas VF-3 CNC Manual mill & lathe machines CAD Modeling AutoCAD Control Systems with a focus on time-domain analysis.
