Consider becoming part of an elite student ambassador team at Sun Devil Hospitality!This position requires you to communicate with both parents and students about the benefits of enrolling in a meal plan and the dining options on campus; work with a team to reach sales goals for university meal plans; and support the marketing department in maintaining customer satisfaction and retaining meal plan members by implementing marketing strategies.Hours may vary per week and include evening hours. Some weekend hours are expected.Job ResponsibilitiesWe are only hiring five students for this team, so we are looking for the best of the best! Looking for students with a diverse background, and with diverse majorsDuties and Responsibilities:Assist in tabling events and activities around campus to sell meal plansEstablish, develop and maintain positive student peer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold emailing/callingBe knowledgeable in the meal plan structure, monetary value, and overall benefits of eating on campusPresent information to customers and answer questions regarding dining servicesBe a part of a sales team to host sales events all year long (summer work is a possibility for high performing team members)QualificationsMinimum Education Required:Current ASU Student (Undergraduates only)Minimum Experience Required:Customer service mind-set/attitudeOpen to taking directionWilling to learn new skillsThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
