Title: HubSpot Marketing Operations and Analytics LeadLocation: Remote (US) JOB DESCRIPTION:Eastridge Workforce Solutions seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations and Analytics Lead for our marketing department. This individual will play a crucial role in creating, owning, analyzing, and driving marketing and sales content distribution, demand gen, and strategy across the organization. We are looking for an experienced HubSpot user with an analytical background to assist with shaping our sales and marketing strategy through data driven decisions to build demand funnel and progress leads through the funnel. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

Research and recommend actionable insights to guide sales and marketing strategiesBuild and maintain reports to monitor and report on key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, Opportunites, closed/won deals, and general funnel and pipeline statusCollaborate with sales and content manager to create and adjust content and strategy for sequences and campaignsMeasure and report on email delivery, unsubscribe rate, and marketing program metricsCreate workflows in Hubspot for marketing programs and campaignsPartner with sales to build processes for effective lead scoring, handoff, and measurementDevelop strategies, execution, and implementation plans for segmented nurture campaignsEstablish and maintain workflows and automationsResponsible for the growth, maintenance, development, and integrity of the prospect data within our HubSpot databases, ensuring the data is accurate, current, and consistentAnalyze program results, including but not limited to, lead to opportunity & deal conversion rates, cost per acquisition, ROI, and make best practice recommendationsEnsure visibility across demand gen campaigns, track progress, and report results to internal and external stakeholders MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hubs4+ years of marketing experience3+ years of experience in marketing automation and workflows2+ years of work experience in Data Analysis, Strategy and/or Consulting rolesTrack record of making data-driven decisions from insights to improve outcomesTime management and organizational expertProven results creating B2B marketing strategies with quantitative results Strategic and operationally sound It would be great if you had these:
