Manager to join our Clinical Operations team. Oscar is the first

family. About the role: You will oversee the day to day operations
of a virtual clinical practice. You will be responsible for
managing medical assistants, administrative assistants, and
workforce management analysts to ensure efficient workflow,
exceptional patient experience, and reliable provider support. You
should be process driven, people focused and thrive in a fast
paced, technology enabled care environment. You will report into
the Director, Clinical Operations. Work Location: This position is
based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work
schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a
required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your
other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $88,560- $116,235
per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits,
participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual
performance bonuses. Responsibilities: Lead day to day operations
of a virtual clinical practice, overseeing medical assistants,
administrative assistants, and workforce management analysts.
Ensure staffing level, scheduling coverage, and workflow execution
meet clinical and operational KPI's. Provide direct supervision,
coaching, and performance management for all assigned team members.
Partner with workforce analysts to forecast volumes, optimize
staffing models, and ensure adherence to schedule productivity
targets. Monitor operational dashboards and queue performance;
identify trends and implement process improvements. Serve as the
operational point of contact between clinical support teams,
providers and clinical leadership. Support onboarding, training and
ongoing competency development of staff. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams such as provider operations,
licensing/credentialing, and quality to ensure seamless clinic
operations. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

healthcare operations, clinical administration, or similar
environment Prior leadership experience managing clinical or
administrative staff Strong understanding of clinical workflows,
virtual care operations, and scheduling/workforce management
practices. Proficiency with virtual care platforms, EHRs, and
operational tools Bonus points: Experience in Virtual Primary Care,
Urgent Care or telehealth environments Experience leading
multi-disciplinary teams (Medical Assistants, Admin Assistants,
