Job Description:
Position Summary: The Customer Service Account Admin (CSA) is
responsible for managing commercial repair accounts by providing
exceptional customer service and accurate order entry support in an
aerospace or manufacturing environment. This role acts as the
primary liaison between customers, internal departments, and
service centers, ensuring that repairs, documentation,
communication, and deliveries are executed to meet quality and
contractual expectations. The ideal candidate will be
detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication
and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned
commercial repair accounts to meet performance and delivery
expectations. Communicate with customers regarding order status,
delivery dates, backlog, and recovery plans. Enter and track
customer orders using ERP/order management systems (e.g., SAP,
Oracle, Epicor). Resolve customer issues related to cost, schedule,
complaints, and billing discrepancies. Coordinate internally with
technical and quality teams to support warranty claims and
complaint resolution. Administer warranty and maintenance
agreements; evaluate special pricing and amendments. Conduct weekly
status meetings with customers and support AOG (Aircraft on Ground)
situations. Maintain compliance with aerospace documentation,
export regulations, and audit readiness. Support process
improvements through data analysis and customer feedback.
Coordinate customer visits, presentations, and ongoing relationship
management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience
in customer support, order management, or contract administration
in a manufacturing or technical product environment. Strong
knowledge of warranty and maintenance agreements, order entry, and
repair cycle management. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and
customer portals (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, EDI). Excellent verbal and
written communication skills with the ability to resolve customer
concerns effectively. Strong attention to detail, time management,
and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience working
with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is a plus. Working
knowledge of Certificates of Conformance (CoC), export compliance,
and packing documentation is preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an aerospace or regulated manufacturing
setting. Understanding of government procurement regulations and
international trade compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
data analysis tools. Prescreen Questions (Required at Submittal):
Order Management & Systems Experience What experience do you have
managing customer orders in an aerospace or manufacturing
environment? Which ERP or order management systems have you used
(e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)? Can you walk me through your process
for entering and tracking a customer order from receipt to
delivery? How do you handle changes to customer orders, such as
quantity adjustments or expedited requests? Do you have experience
with warranty or maintenance agreement disposition? Aerospace
Industry Knowledge Have you worked with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1
suppliers? If so, which ones? Are you familiar with aerospace
documentation requirements such as Certificates of Conformance
(CoC), packing slips, or export compliance? How do you ensure
accuracy and compliance when processing orders for aerospace parts
or assemblies? Customer Communication & Problem Solving Describe a
time when you had to resolve a customer issue related to a delayed
or incorrect order. What was your approach? How do you prioritize
customer requests when managing multiple accounts or urgent issues?
