• Hourly wage of $17.50 to $21.00 based on your years of experience
• A generous incentive plan where the average additional earning is between $1200 - $1400 per month

    • Responsible for making outbound collection calls and receiving inbound calls from customers on past due accounts
    • Identify payment problems and solutions
    • Ask appropriate fact-finding questions and provide accurate company information
    • Follow basic call script and adheres to all company policies and procedures
    • Follow through on commitments made to customerWhat will you bring to the role?We are looking for collectors who bring a real passion for helping people and can provide strategic resolutions and top-tier customer service to our clients.Other key skills required for the role include:
      • Previous experience in collections - required
      • Must reside in the Phoenix AZ metropolitan area
      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - required
      • 10+Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity.
      • Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operation
      • Mortgage Loan Servicing experience - preferredPreferred:
        • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
        • 1-2 years Call Center experience
