Arizona College is seeking a full-time Financial Aid Officer at
our Tempe, Arizona Campus!Arizona College of Nursing is a rapidly

right thing.What You'll Do:Reporting to the Financial Aid Director,
your main responsibility will be assisting Arizona College students
in all aspects of the financial aid process and to help ensure the
school receives financial aid funds in a timely fashion.The
Day-to-Day:Counseling students in order to determine their
eligibility for Title IV funding, institutional loans, agency
assistance, scholarships, and Federal Work StudyAnswering questions
and providing continued support to students throughout the
financial aid process via a variety of communication
methodsSupporting the success of continuing and new students by
helping them understand and overcome personal, social, and
behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational
situationsResponsible for meeting assigned productivity goalsThis

equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of two
years of customer service experience with data entry elements;
financial aid experience preferred, but not requiredFlexibility to
work some evenings and/or SaturdaysA high degree of professionalism
and discretion when dealing with confidential
informationExceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and
multi-task in an extremely dynamic environmentEffective
problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to help those who have
questions or seek resolutionsExcellent verbal and written
communication skillsProficient computer skills to include knowledge
