Responsibilities:

The Team Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring, training and assisting collections specialists as they convince past due customers to bring their accounts to a current status
• Managing escalated customer calls
• Achieving team and departmental goals
• Working directly with Conn's management team to execute business strategy
  Qualifications
  
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in call center management, preferably in collections
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and production-oriented work environment
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, including being able to handle call escalations
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effectively manage and motivate a team(s) of up to 15 or more Collections Specialists
  • Good organizational and computer skills
  • Prior or current experience working for Conn's Collections division is highly preferred
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED is required
