ADP is hiring a Tax Support, Team Lead. Provides day-to-day
leadership and guidance to the Tax Support Service Representatives.
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert and Market Lead to Payroll
Service Representatives (PSRs) and Human Resource Business Partners
(HRBPs) with regards to the PEO. - Mentors, develops and trains.

Responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES:Project Management: Works with
associates and various internal business partners to enhance
processes surrounding the client tax account setup and compliance.
-Mentorship: Meets with associates to provide direction and
feedback on interactions with clients and internal associates.
Partners with the Tax Support Manager to identify and develop
training plans to address performance gaps. Monitors and
communicates associate action plans and ensures associates
understand.Quality Assurance :Provides monthly quality statistics
and KPI metrics to Tax Support Manager and analyzes results.
Develops and strategizes plans for team improvements, Partners and
takes action with Tax Support Manager and TLs across Markets to
improve overall PEO Quality Results. Follows-through and follows-up
as appropriate. Escalations: Provides team support with client
escalations and process escalations. Partners with Tax Support
Manager to determine root cause and strategy for future workflow.
Performs Stretch assignments as issued by Tax Support ManagerAssist
in recruiting, hiring, and on boarding activitiesPerforms other
related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Degree or
Equivalent in Education and Experience with Major or Area of
Concentration in Business, Finance or related or a combination of
education and experience.Preference will be given to candidates who
have the below:Tax or Payroll supportExperience in process
improvement -Supervisory and Prior Team Lead Experience
